The bathroom showed signs of wear too, and the shower didn’t drain well, leaving standing water. I appreciated that breakfast was included, but it could use better variety and quality—most items looked unappetizing. The overall atmosphere felt a bit dated, and some areas needed maintenance. Despite the issues, the friendly staff made my stay feel a bit better, but I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a night or two.

Staying here allowed me to easily access wellfield botanic gardens and the midwest museum of american art, both just a few km away, which made my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable. plus, I loved that there were several dining options within walking distance like callahan's restaurant and buffalo wild wings, all just a quick walk from the hotel.

the baymont has a great location! it’s close to shopping and restaurants. the outdoor pool was a nice bonus for my family. the 24-hour fitness center was handy for a quick workout during our stay. breakfast provided a good start to our day, even if it needed some improvement.

the check-in experience was a bit rough, as the front desk staff was unfriendly.
